Just to let you all know, any video files that have been uploaded from November 2021 and later, will be encoded with the following extra commands:
-map_metadata -1 -fflags +bitexact -flags:v +bitexact -flags:a +bitexact
This reduces the amount of exif data added to the videos, meaning more of the data is used on the actual videos themselves.
All future uploads will also include a brief bit of info at the bottom of the page about the codec, some basic codec/command line details and the date they were last updated.
For example on the Sintel H.264 page, it now has the following appended to it:

Profile: High
Level: 4.2
Preset: VerySlow
